Laurens De Nil
Laurens De Nil is a visual artist from Dendermonde.
In his oeuvre he creates a pantheon of figures that seem to come from a corrupt fairytale-like world.
Starting from photographs of nature, mythology and pornography, he changes the habitat of his subject and/or transforms bodies into new chaotic compositions.

“Bloot”
A group exhibition with 10 young artists all over Flanders. Curating the young brings photography, paintings, poetry... to the streets of Brussels, Leuven, Ghent, Antwerp and Hasselt.
What does "Bloot" mean? It's nakedness, in all its forms. Discover how the artists translate this theme each in their own way.
This exhibition was made possible by Curating The Young, a young and dynamic curatorial collective that makes space for up-and-coming talent. For five years now, they have been providing a stage for young artists.
