Laura Debusschere
Laura Debusschere is a hopeless romantic on paper, but a realist in reality.
She writes about love and loss, as one inescapably comes with the other.
She writes about the color blue, about other words for disappointment, cheeks and tongues in a twist, the Monkey and the Ventura, the Danube river, the Sensevieria Laurentii, about passers-by and implied goodbyes and sparkling water and women. About an insufferable itch for change, for insanity, for quiet.
She writes about herself.

“Bloot”
A group exhibition with 10 young artists all over Flanders. Curating the young brings photography, paintings, poetry... to the streets of Brussels, Leuven, Ghent, Antwerp and Hasselt.
What does "Bloot" mean? It's nakedness, in all its forms. Discover how the artists translate this theme each in their own way.
This exhibition was made possible by Curating The Young, a young and dynamic curatorial collective that makes space for up-and-coming talent. For five years now, they have been providing a stage for young artists.
