As a part of the Young Open Creatives event, a place where young creative entrepreneurs gather to share their experiences with the public, The exhibition ENSEMBLE investigates the use of space and unity. Our curators carefully selected 9 interdisciplinary artists, whose work interacts with each other and the space they’re showcased in.
Young Open Creatives, a community for young creatives in and around the city of Ghent, invited Curating The Young to curate an exhibition in the large hangar of Chinastraat at their event on the 30th of March.
Not your typical white cube space, but a massive 600m² warehouse with a large green key area will be the playground for our upcoming exhibition. The multifunctional space was the starting point of this exhibition.
In this space Curating The Young brings together an interdisciplinary group of young artists. The exhibition becomes a collage of different art forms and expressions who work together with the space they are displayed in. The different pieces interact with each other and with the visitors who experience them.
Come check out this mixed media exhibition at Chinastraat in Ghent, from the 30th of March until the 1st of April.
